How do I place my first order?

It's super easy and fast! On the homepage of our website, you:

Select the type of order you want to make (for your restaurant);
Complete your registration (by clicking 'Sign In' in the top right corner of the page);
Choose the products and quantities of each with just a few clicks;
Complete the payment, and that's it! Your fresh order will be prepared for you.

How do I know if you deliver to my address?

To check if we deliver to your address, simply open the desired order page and see if your ZIP code is within our delivery area.

If we haven’t reached your area yet, please send us a WhatsApp message with your address so we can add you to our waiting list. Neighborhoods with the highest demand are prioritized in our expansion process.

What are the payment methods?

We accept the following payment methods:

For your restaurant credit card, Pix, or bank slip (7-day payment term for the bank slip);

I want to know the prices of the products. How can I check?

All of our products are listed on the homepage of our website. There, you'll find product categories, prices, and information on how each item is sold (by kilogram, gram, unit, or bunch). Just take a look!

What days and times do you deliver?

We're glad you chose us as your specialized platform for supplying fresh produce!

Our deliveries happen from Monday to Saturday. To receive on your preferred day, you must place the order by 7 PM the day before! For example, to receive on Thursday, the order must be placed by Wednesday, before 7 PM.

Deliveries happen between 7 AM and 3 PM.

This means that when you place an order before 7 PM on a given day, you'll receive your fresh produce the next day, within that time window. 🙂
